Single-Phase Step Voltage Regulators
TSEA’s Single-Phase Step Voltage Regulators are engineered to maintain voltage stability and power quality in medium-voltage distribution networks.
Developed for utilities and large industrial applications — including mining, oil & gas, and manufacturing — they meet specific operational conditions and applicable regulatory requirements.
Rated up to 1200A nominal current and 36.2 kV nominal voltage, the regulators are developed with proprietary engineering and disciplined design practices to ensure predictable performance. Native compatibility with control, automation, and SCADA systems enables seamless grid integration.
High-accuracy tap-position sensors developed in-house support reliable electronic control operation. Maintenance is streamlined through a control-unit replacement solution that allows servicing without removing the regulator from operation.
Global technical support is available.
TSEA Tap Changers
TSEA tap changers are engineered and manufactured in-house to ensure precise voltage regulation, safe operation, and consistent performance in distribution networks. Each model is designed to address specific electrical conditions, load profiles, and operational requirements, supporting long-term reliability and lifecycle stability.

CR-3 - Standard Applications
Designed for conventional voltage regulation applications, the CR-3 tap changer provides precise and repeatable tap operation. Its mechanically robust design supports safe operation and consistent performance under typical distribution network conditions. Proven in the field, the CR-3 requires minimal maintenance and supports long-term operational reliability.

CR-10 - High-Current Applications
Designed for voltage regulators operating under higher current levels, the CR-10 supports applications up to 1,100 A. Engineered in-house, it provides precise and reliable tap operation in networks with elevated load demands. Its mechanically robust design ensures stable performance and long-term durability under high-current conditions.

CR-20 - Critical Network Applications
Developed for applications requiring fast response and high precision in voltage regulation, the CR-20 enables rapid tap adjustments through direct drive with a stepper motor. Its controlled and responsive operation supports system stability in dynamic load conditions. Designed for distribution networks up to 36.2 kV, the CR-20 combines mechanical robustness with simplified maintenance to support long-term operational reliability.
Electronic Controllers
TSEA’s electronic controllers meet the accuracy, environmental, dielectric, and electromagnetic compatibility requirements of applicable IEEE and IEC standards.
